Momoko knew that if she let herself relax, the look on her face would be ridiculous. She also knew it was a fight she was losing.

How could she not, when Ichigo looked so good in the dress she was wearing? It might even suit her better than anyone else she’d ever seen wearing it.

She was wearing one of Momoko’s precious Baby dresses, headdress, socks, shoes and all. She looked absolutely amazing, despite the scowl on her face. Maybe the scowl was even what made it work so well on her in the first place.

Momoko raised her camera. “Come on, look this way, Ichigo!”

As she turned to look at her, Ichigo spat over her shoulder, making Momoko lower her camera again. “Hey! No spitting while wearing my dress!”

Ichigo’s eyes narrowed as she turned her eyes toward Momoko, but her glare did nothing to make Momoko’s stern expression falter. She grimaced. “Just take your photos already.”

“I will, I will!” She raised her camera to her eye, looking through the viewfinder at Ichigo, sitting on her bike. The contrast between the pure white coord and the toughness of the bike made Ichigo stand out against the rice fields serving as their backdrop.

She looked so cool Momoko wanted to swoon, like a lady in a period piece. But she wouldn’t. She’d get mud all over her dress if she did.
